Create dashboard UI keeping in mind maintainer's role

People with role: Maintainer will have special access to the project and so, their UI should have the following features, at least: 

• See all QTCLOUD* CI variables
• Possiblity to update those variables or delete them
• Manage their own webhook (use or do not use)
• Billing details or CI usage (maybe, show this to developer also)
