Study how integration with embedded hardware testing would work

• Find the API for hardware listing
• Hardware reservations
• Getting connection details
• Performing tests

The idea is that we work with team in Oulu (Timo Lahti) to get the list of scripts that are used for listing, reserving the hardware. Once they are listed, then we should:

1. Write APIs to talk to these scripts

2. Write web page for using these APIs. The webpage can remain in the dashboard plugin. 

3. Also think about how access to this is granted - some API in the microservice.
