Onboarding Next button issue

Web onboarding fails when trying to fill in qt account and clicking next.

Steps

1. Downloaded latest package qtci-0.0.3+build.46603.tar.gz (seems to occur also for develop branch and installing with pip install -e src/)
2. pip install qtci-0.0.3+build.46603.tar.gz 

1. Create and activate new venv
2. qtci-setup -web

1. Try filling in credentials and clicking next
