Check how we can host Dashboard plugin in a pip repo in Gitlab

      We should be able to update our python dashboard plugin package using a pip repo. Check how this can be done using Gitlab.

      The idea would be to not hardcode any data sensitive data in dashboard plugin but use "microservice" as a proxy to download (if we have to use tokens etc).
