Feed for dashboard plugin

We should check the following: 

• if there is an API in Gitlab to get their feed? If yes, we can show that in our dashboard
• we can add our own events to this feed, which may be local, such events may be:
  • you committed
  • you created a branch etc etc
  • you ran a unit test locally
  • you ran a ui test

We might have to consider including a light weight database with the plugin for this purpose.
