We should have a yml file which builds the Qt application, runs the tests. We can have multiple stages to the yml file which use a specific QT_VERSION (for example) and other environment variables during the build and give an output accordingly.

It will be a nice demo also of the pipeline. build, test.

For mvp, we can have the same docker image to manage both stages but if it is required, these two images can be segregated and that should be handled in a different ticket.
