P3: Somewhat important Description
When a GitLab webook is created, we create a random URL using a 4 digit random number. The URL is: https://<ngrok-tunnel>/gitlab-incoming-xxxx.
This should change to gitlab-incoming-<developer-gitlab-username>-xxxx so that we are able to differentiate between tunnels created by different developers within the same project.
Additionally, we might also add a unique code (which is unique to every qtci plugin installation) so that if a developer is running the plugin on different machine, then they are able to differentiate it.
THis also means that we should have the possibility to delete non-used webhooks for a specific developer and for a specific machine.
