Ngrok - disable update check for the binary if possible

To avoid messages like:    t=2022-02-24T19:29:06+0200 lvl=warn msg="failed to check for update" obj=updater err="Post \"https://update.equinox.io/check\": context deadline exceeded"   (or then, just schedule the update all the time)
