    Description

      Related to #2.

      When the dashboard is not configured then we should show to the user the following:

      1. What is Qt-cloud-ci dashborad - Summary --> link to the documentation
      1. What components it uses - list --> Link to documentation
      1. If the project or repository is already a GIT repo - show them current status of the cloned repository
      1. Link to start the configuration wizard
