"C" letter download link in the Creator plugin docs - every page

Strange glitch in the documentation of Qt Application Manager plugin for QtCreator. In all three AppMan plugin doc pages there's a capital "C" letter with a link to "http://www.qt.io/download" above the section title. See the attached image.

I believe this instance is built from https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/221232/4 but I can't see the link thingy in the doc sources.
