Estimate effort of renaming Qt IVI

There has been discussion to rename Qt IVI to be more descriptive, like "Automotive Backend" or something.

Before jumping into such decision, it would be good to understand the effort and other implications (like compatibility) the renaming brings.

Please estimate the effort of renaming the component. Also any note any other implications to as comments to this ticket.
