Verify that Qt 3D Studio runtime for 5.13.2 is available and works on targets

This should be retested on the targets. The plan is to have this on embedded targets only, not on desktops

FYI. We need "/qt3dstudio/ogl-runtime" from branch 2.5

Here are the steps to check this:

• If you have a PC keyboard attached, press CTRL-3. The gauges in cluster should redraw and show up in a 3D design

• If you do not have keyboard, launch the vehicle app
• Select the section "3D Options"
• If the 3D Studio runtime is available, there will be a section for selection of the 3D run time
• Select 3D Studio runtime. Now you need to restart the app:
• Open "Diagnostics" pop-up - the "Qt" logo, go to the Applications section, scroll to the Vehicle app, stop it and start it again
