[doc] Update the "Usage" and "Installation" sections

The "Installation" section of the documentation misses information about where to get the source code. The whole section should be updated with some sentences explaining what code blocks are about.

In the "Usage" section introduced command line option "–project" and nothing said about the structure of this file.
