Cluster and HUD are not started on launch after using Neptune for a while

      After various tests of Neptune, including installation from the new Installer, Neptune stopped launching the Cluster and HUD apps on launch. I currently cannot tell when it happened exactly and what was changed prior that. Both server processes are running and the Companion App can connect and works OK

      A verbose log is attached.
