Dragging elements in QML outline doesn't do anything

      Open Qt declarative example Examples/Qt-6.2.0/quickcontrols2/gallery/gallery.pro
      Configure with Qt 6.2.0 kit
      Open gallery/gallery.qml
      Switch to Outline pane in in the left sidebar
      Enable show all bindings filter
      Try to drag and drop width property to be below height
      Upon drop observe that the qml code is not updated, neither is the outline
      Worked fine with Creator 5.0.1
