Support all qt configure scripts

      QtBase provides several helper scripts that can be used to configure and build other module, apps and tests.

      qt-cmake
qt-cmake-private
qt-cmake-standalone-test
qt-configure-module

      These will need some adjustments if they are to be used from a Yocto SDK.
