QtUrl can segfault if relative path provided

      Part of behaviour observed on bug QTBUG-44890, now clarified here.

      URLs provided in the form:

      QUrl::QUrl("file://./localfile.html");

      will result in segfault. Crash is in replaceArgEscapes() in libQt5Core.so
