incorrect source rect for video output when used with camera on android

      SourceRect for  VideoOutput when using it along with Qml camera is not accurate, when setting the camera format to 720 x1280, the sourceRect for VideoOuput is 1920x 1080. The 9:16 aspect video is squash into 16:9 aspect

      I was able to work around it by using scale transform to stretch the VideoOutput to 9:16 aspect, but I'm not certain this will be correct for all devices.
