macOS: docname of QPrinter lost after changing presets in QPrintDialog

      If I set a docname to a QPrinter this docname will be used as filename and title of the resulting pdf, if I choose 'Save as pdf' in the QPrintDialog on macOS. But if I change the presets in this QPrintDialog, filename and title are empty.
