QCombobox too narrow when device pixel ratio rounded down

      QComboxbox is too narrow causing its text to be clipped on screen that has non-integer device pixel ratio that is rounded down (tested on 4K screen under Windows 10 with native device pixel ratio of 1.5). See attached code.
