Resources generated correctly only when images exported

      Steps:

      • Start QQEM.
      • Create an effect with some nodes.
      • Export, and in export dialog check qrc and uncheck images.

      Expected: Resources qrc file contains files correctly.

      Actual: Resources qrc file doesn't any files. They only appear if images are also exported.
