Make QCanBusFrame::FrameType and QCanBusFrame::FrameError available as QMetaEnum

      I suggest adding `Q_GADGET` to the class and make the enums available as `QMetaEnum`. This makes those enums more flexible. They already are declared as Metatypes anyway, so Making them fully available in the meta object system would not hurt, I guess.
