Add Bitbake recipe for qtstatemachine

      Since the State Machine component is now a separate component, there also needs to be a Bitbake recipe in the meta-qt6 Yocto layer for building it. Until that recipe is created, it is not possible to build applications using the State Machine component with Yocto.
